Armed with understanding, we can then explain your options and start to develop a plan towards a solution. Sometimes the whole process takes 5 minutes, and sometimes it takes a little longer. And, when we do talk to you, we’ll do it in plain old English. No technical gibberish, ever, unless you really, really want it. Seriously.
